Southampton Neighborhood Association is a member-based non-profit private organization that is funded by annual member dues from businesses, organizations and residents within Southampton. We are not funded by local, state or federal governments. We are also guided by Missouri statutes governing non-profit corporations, our by-laws and Robert's Rules of Order. Our by-laws require six general meetings annually on the second Wednesday of odd months. Minutes taken at a general meeting must be read and approved by our members at the next general meeting. The Association only posts approved minutes on this public page of our website. The posting of our minutes is a public service to our neighborhood and the broader community.
