Committees

hairs of important committees are appointed by the President of the Southampton neighborhood Association and serve on the board as voting members.  Standing (serving in the same time-frame as the President) and Special (serving for a shorter period of time) are defined by Board policy that is then approved by the membership. Since these committees are not defined in our by-laws, important standing committees are defined in Section 100 of Association policies that have been approved by our membership.
