Street lights are installed and maintained by the City of St Louis' Streets Division.  Report any issues to CSB.  If a block of street lights is out, contact CSB or--outside of normal CSB hours of M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM--contact the non-emergency police number (314) 231-1212.

Alley lights are owned by the City with maintenance contracted to Ameren Missouri and lights either out or malfunctioning are reported at 1-800-552-7583.  A pole tag (see older and newer tags below) should be on the alley pole.  If a City-paid light is on the pole, there should be a tag number starting with STLA.  If present, provide to Ameren; if not present provide the street address of the residence closest to the pole.
