Carol Howard, Ward 14 alderman, has an interesting bit in her latest 14th Ward News: In 2016 a traffic study was conducted in Southampton. There were a few recommendations for the 14th Ward portion of the neighborhood, specifically at Brannon & Neosho to provide better flow of traffic at the intersection. Ward Capital Funds have been allocated and work is in progress. Thanks, Carol!

Behind the scenes are software packages the Association volunteers will be using on a regular basis for events, e-newsletters, email blasts, financial reports, news articles, and much more. In a much requested change, membership terms will be automatically set by the software to one-year from the date of joining. Even better, it is easy to keep updated and current.
Our members are funding this improvement so thanks to all of you who have joined and helped us reach this milestone. We are very appreciative.

Thanks!
The Board heard you...unfortunately at our last meeting, you did not hear us or the guest speakers. A PA system is being selected, ordered, on-site tested, and will (hopefully) be in place at our next general meeting on September 12th.
Thanks for your patience and for our members whose annual fees have made this possible.
