Designed by Southampton neighbor, Brad Alan, the Century Home Plaque will showcase the history of our Southampton properties. This exterior plaque will highlight your home's contribution to our architectural heritage. The "built" year will be customized to the year your home was built. (Not sure if your home has reached the 100 year mark? Reach out using Contact Us.) Plaques are 12 inch x 12 inch aluminum with 4 holes predrilled in the corners for hanging purposes. Personal delivery, including hanging instructions, is made in our neighborhood with mailing outside of Southampton provided at extra cost (usually for gift purposes).
